Riverside Plaza Apartment Complex
Riverside Plaza currently has over 70 cameras throughout the complex and
until recently we were using the old VCR system. JSB Surveillance installed
our new digital system and the difference is amazing. Within the first week
of installation we had "solved" five different incidents due to the quality
of the images and our ability to "zoom" in on recorded video and improve the
image quality. JSB Surveillance has consistently responded to any service
requests with timeliness and professionalism; on several occasions they
serviced our system remotely within five minutes of contacting them.

It was clear to me that something had to be done about our occasional but relentless car break-ins. The great programming and efforts to bring our visitors a great nature center was seriously undermined when some of our customers returned to their vehicles only to find a shattered window and personal belongings stolen. Enter JSB Surveillance. Of all of the companies we checked out, JSB understood our needs for a system which would not bring a high maintenance cost. They also worked with us until we were happy with the coverage of our parking lot. Within weeks, the equipment captured enough information on DVD to catch the perpetrators to give to the police, resulting in their arrest. We also put a camera on our pop machine to deter vandalism and its working!
It’s sad when we have to resort to these measures in our society, but its great knowing that JSB is there to provide the necessary systems which help to keep our places crime free.

UPDATE - 7/20/09
Thank goodness we had JSB surveillance's system installed. The system not only has caught many car vandals but this summer it caught some arsonists who had started the woods on fire. It is very satisfying to know that you have some recourse when your park falls victim to one of these incidents.

We have used a surveillance system at our home based business for many years, but it was outdated and provided poor quality pictures. This is a reference letter to your future happy customers. Your system has revolutionized how I monitor my bar, restaurant and banquet facility. The easy to use software allows for quick access to stored video, either from my desk monitor or from home over the internet. Being able to go directly to events from multiple angles rather than spending hours searching through video tapes is probably the biggest plus with your digital system over our old analog system. On many occasions I have provided surveillance video to police which has been the primary piece of evidence in their case. I have also used the cameras to solve cases of vandalism and employee theft on my own accord, whereby the money saved has helped to offset the original cost of the system. It takes just minutes to locate an incident and transfer the files to CD for easy retrieval.
